Institutional Licensing Status
The Electronic Security Technical Institute (ESTI) is a postsecondary educational institution conditionally licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. ESTI has been granted conditional non-accredited vocational license NAV-01690.
ESTI operates in full compliance with all applicable Arizona statutes and administrative rules. The institution maintains current documentation of facilities, curriculum, faculty qualifications, and institutional policies as required for ongoing licensure.

Student Protections & Disclosures
ESTI provides all prospective and enrolled students with complete written disclosure of institutional policies, program requirements, and financial obligations prior to enrollment.
Cancellation & Refund
Students who cancel within three days of signing the enrollment agreement receive a full refund.Prorated refunds are available after classes begin, calculated based on clock hours attended, as permitted by Arizona rules. After the 3-day cancellation period, the $200 registration fee is non-refundable.
Attendance Standards
Students must attend 95% of program clock hours. Missing more than four hours results in administrative withdrawal in accordance with ESTI policy. For OSHA 10 & Aerial Lift Safety certification, all hours must be attended.
Completion Requirements
80 clock hours completed, 95% attendance, 75% minimum overall competency, and successful completion of the capstone project are required to earn the Electronic Security Technician Certificate of Completion.
Credit Transfer
ESTI credits are vocational in nature. Transferability of credit to other institutions is at the discretion of the receiving institution. ESTI makes no representation that credits will transfer.
Placement Assistance
ESTI provides limited placement support in the form of job leads and industry referrals. ESTI does not guarantee employment upon program completion.
