Safety Practices and Compliance Awareness

Safety and compliance considerations are integrated across all instructional areas. ESTI’s framework emphasizes awareness of industry safety practices, proper equipment handling, and operational responsibility within technical and laboratory environments.

Instructional Approach

Across all focus areas, ESTI’s instructional philosophy emphasizes:

Hands-on, instructor-led learning
Reinforcement of professional standards and accountability
Use of industry-standard tools and equipment
Scenario-based technical problem solving

Curriculum and instructional methods are being designed to support skill development, technical confidence, and long-term professional growth.
